Tenancy Care Programme

The programme will provide tenants with following services:

• Tenancy guidelines (right & responsibility   of the tenant) and clear explanation on contact point, communication & work process in resolving issues.
  
  

• Review of the property prior to moving in with detail inventory check list
  
  

• Telephone contacts are available around the clock for coordinating & taking action on any issues arise with the property & tenancy contract.
  
  

• If the issue is either not within the scope of covering by the landlord or minor, Resident Vietnam will provide the handy man, or technician for immediate action. This is only performed on the prior approval of the Company's responsible personnel.
  
  

• Unlimited visit for minor repairing (excluding of any purchase related to minor repairs).

• Emergency telephone advisory for any off-work hours on the property. Emergency repair during these off-work hours are only performed if the damaged is crucial and the technician is available.

Other services:

Our team will help to coordinate and arrange the services required from third party providers / vendors including:

•  Handyman services: including hanging paintings, moving furniture within the house… etc.

•  Home computer set-up, maintenance & repair services (available in Ho Chi Minh City only).

•  Cleaning Services for sofa, carpet, curtain, swimming pool, gardening.
