Learning from our long and unparalleled experience in the Mobility industry in Vietnam, Resident Vietnam has developed over the years its own platform, e-Xpat, for the management of clients and assignees’profile, work orders, invoicing and reporting.
Our platform is only accessible from our office premises for data security reasons and its physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Amazon Web Service’s (AWS) secure data center in the USA. The IT infrastructure that AWS provides is designed and managed in alignment with security best practices and a variety of IT security standards.

As part of our commitment to reducing paper usage we continue to digitize our relocation materials. And because nothing is more important that our customers experience, Resident Vietnam offers to all assignees a dedicated access to Vamoos App, accessible From PC, iPad and Smartphone.
