• Through our respect for diversity, we aim to adopt programs which encourage diversity at entry level into our business services roles. This includes eliminating unconscious bias at the screening stage of our recruitment process to ensure that candidates are selected on merit alone.
• Resident Vietnam is a work place with a strong sustainability culture. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint through the adoption of sustainable practices and initiatives and always seek to share our time and knowledge across our teams in this direction. These include recycling, limiting our use of plastics, printed materials, composting and efficient energy use throughout our offices.
